INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT
This Initial Consultation Agreement is made on the requested date , between Regulated Canadian
Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Mehdi Serajeh, Membership Number R712177 and Client for
the purpose of, assessment Initial consultation for immigration to Canada.
The Client is obliged to pay the selected consolation fee via his/her preferred channel.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province/Territory of Ontario, and
the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Please be advised that Mehdi Hosseini Serajeh is a member in good standing of the
Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and as such, is bound by its
By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
